Jack Penley is President of 成人大片 & Root鈥檚 Engineering & Construction businesses. With more than 30 years of engineering, procurement, and construction expertise, Jack oversees all aspects of the group鈥檚 operations, including strategic planning, project management and execution, process improvements, workforce development, and technology.
Before joining 成人大片 & Root, Jack served as Senior Vice President for Fluor Corporation鈥檚 Construction and Fabrication organization where he oversaw the successful completion of several of the largest, most complex construction projects which spanned a wide range of industries, contract arrangements, and execution approaches.
With his drive and passion for innovation and technologies in the EPC industry, he has previously served on the Construction Industry Institute鈥檚 Executive Committee, the University of Houston鈥檚 College of Technology and Construction Management Industry Advisory Board, and various other committees and research projects, resulting in improving the construction industry practices.
